Together Mono’s management team, including its three founders, have decades of combined experience with online strategy and web development coming from both a web agency industry - working with large companies such as LEGO, Sony, Danish Fashion Institute, e-Types, Coca-Cola as well as deep operational sales experience from the directory and publishing industry with companies like Dex Media and Vivial. Their extensive experience in complex and professional web development serves as the underlying quality assurance for the product development of Mono.

René has worked with digital identities and online design concepts for large corporations and the public sector for many years. René is educated at the Design Academy, Institute for Visual Communication.

Niels Finseth was involved in one of the most successful technology exits in Denmark, the sale of GiGA to Intel Corp in 2000 for $1.25 billion in cash. Later Niels co-founded IPtronics and was CEO until it was successfully acquired by Mellanox Technologies in June 2013 for $47,5M. Niels has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and International Trade from Copenhagen Business School. Niels serves as chairman of the board at Merus Audio.

She is a key driver behind award-winning solutions recognized by Cannes Lions, LIAA, Eurobest and others. Bettina’s client experience includes Nike, IKEA, Volvo, Husquarna, Carlsberg and many more.
