Mono Solutions is looking for someone with passion and skills for technical problem solving to join our talented support team. Tasks will range but will include DNS-record configuration, domain transfers and other technical errors experienced by customers with websites on the Mono platform. The role is full-time.
We work with customers across the globe and therefore it's critical that you communicate very well in English both spoken and written.
Beyond support-related responsibilities, you'll contribute to the development of support materials, e.g. manuals.

- You understand or have direct experience with content management systems / site builders
- You have experience with webmaster tasks
- You work well independently and are structured with your approach to problem solving
