PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your responsibilities will include leading product- and implementation projects for small to large scale clients. You will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed.

You have excellent communication and client management skills, and you understand web technology. You are a self-starter, who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. First and foremost, you are a structured and process-strong person.

You will be part of the operational product team and help coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will also be responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resources.

THE POSITION INVOLVES

Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, create & manage project plans and schedules.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
Managing client expectations.
Managing multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
Commanding a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment.
Communication and teamwork with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations).
Troubleshooting - detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven Experience as Project Manager within web-technology and SaaS
Experience with Agile product management
Solid technical aptitude to grasp the technical nature of Mono Solutions´ platform and product - and our reseller´s.
Strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways.
Ability to forge relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work effectively across functional groups & with minimal supervision
Flexible work style comfortable in a fast moving, highly energy and evolving environment.
